4 ROLL MCA

The MCA 4 roll is the most suitable hydraulic plate roll machine for metal thickness between 0.5 mm to 12 mm.​ The bottom roll pinching roll gives the maximum control of the plate inside the roller and reduces the green compared to the standard 3 roll plate roll.

NO LUBRICATION

Roll-by-wire means running the entire system through digital signals, instead of the many relays and contacts of the past.

The planetary guides installed on MCA machines are not affected by friction and mill scale therefore they don’t need any lubrication.

PENDULAR ARRANGEMENT

With the standard motorised top and bottom rolls and unlike other solutions available in the market, it offers bolted-rigid coupling of the gearbox structure to the machine frame, the DAVI exclusive pendular arrangement allows for swingable connection between the motor gearboxes and the frame.

STRESS FREE TILTING

The DAVI pendular shaft-mounted gearbox configuration allows for stress-free tilting of the rolls up to 100 mm (4”) every 3 metres (10 feet) of roll length. The pendular gearbox arrangement allows for free deflection of all the rolls under the load, with limited stress on shaft-hub connection, maximising the bearings reliability and durability and a much higher tilting capacity for cone-forming.
